Terms & Conditions
PAYMENT
- Full payment for round-trip airplane tickets and a 50% deposit for the tour must be made within 3 (three) days after confirmation.
- Please send proof of payment via bank transfer to us.
CANCELLATION
- Customer cancellation after payment is non-refundable.
- Some destinations are non-cancellable after booking. Our Travel Consultant will inform you before confirmation.
EMERGENCY SITUATIONS
- Cancellation due to weather conditions for sea crossings is beyond our control.
- Cancellation of flight schedules is beyond our control.
- Please note that our tour packages do not include travel insurance. If you wish to include travel insurance, we can assist with an additional cost.
