Terms & Condition
Payment
- Full payment for round-trip flight tickets and a 50% deposit for the tour must be made within 3 (three) days after confirmation.
- Please provide us with proof of payment via bank transfer.
Cancelation
- Customer-initiated cancellations after payment are non-refundable.
- Some destinations are non-refundable once booked. Our Travel Consultant will inform you prior to confirmation.
Emergency Situation
- Cancellation due to weather conditions for sea crossings is beyond our control.
- The cancellation of flight schedules is beyond our control.
- Please note that our tour packages do not include travel insurance. If you would like to include travel insurance, we can assist with additional costs.
